So G & G Dastrup came to visit us over Memorial Day Weekend. It was fun to have them here, but unfortunately it rained pretty much the entire time. But as you can see from the pictures below, we made the best of things. We took them to the Aviation Museum on Post and I think they and the girls really enjoyed it. There was a Cobra cockpit there that you could get into and play around and as soon as Grandpa & Justis hopped in the girls wanted to be right there watching what was going on. It was so nice to have them here and we miss them being so close to us. We love you G & G Dastrup!

Time with Grandma & Grandpa Dastrup...
Little Susie Homemakers...
So every now and then a miracle occurs and my girls play really well together. It's so fun to see that happen and to see how they play. This day Kaylee was really into her kitchen and playing house. She had me help her with her apron and then brought the other one for Makenzie. Makenzie is good to go along with it. She just loves to be included.
Gotta love the heels!!!

Look how cute I am!!

Swimming...
So we have a swimming pool. Last summer we moved here at the end of the summer and the girls and I would go to the pool. Well Makenzie wasn't big enough to swim yet, so Kaylee and I would go while Justis was in school. Kaylee loved swimming and playing in the water and all that goes with it. But this year when it got warm enough to go out, it was another story. She has been so funny to stay on the stairs or just outside of the pool. She likes to swim with her daddy, because dads are just more fun like that. So here are some of our swimming pictures, and of course mom isn't in any of them because she is taking them all.
Kaylee and Dad, splashing.
This is what Makenzie likes to do at the pool. Put her feet up and relax.
She really isn't too fond of the water.
Kaylee slowing getting into the pool.
Don't you just love the suit?? It's my younger sisters who is now 17.
But check out those legs. I love em!!

Lady Bugs...
Easter Dresses...So Pretty
So I found these dresses last summer and have had them hanging in my girls closet for almost a year. I was excited to finally be able to pull them out for them to wear. Kaylee is such a girly girl and was excited for a new dress and shoes, Makenzie on the other hand could have care less, but she looked stinkin cute.

Happy Easter!!!
This was the first year that we did easter baskets. I was excited to fill them and hide them for the girls. It's fun to watch them learn about holiday's and the fun traditions that we have. I'm sure by next year they will know exactly what to do.

Makenzie trying to decide what to do with her basket.
Kaylee found her basket with a little help from dad.

The Hunt!!!
Kaylee was so excited once she started going and seeing the eggs everywhere.

Makenzie found her one egg and was content to just suck on it.
