Now you may be wondering what was going on here in this picture. Where were these kids mother?? Well I'll tell you where she was. She was out in the kitchen enjoying a nice conversation with her husband when she finally realized that she had see her mischievous little girls running in and out of the kitchen. She decided it was time to see what they had been up to and as she headed down the hall there was a paper trail. Well, it was more like a garbage trail to follow, so I followed and it lead me into the bathroom to find this.

I'm Still Here...
Wow!!! Can I just say that all the changes to my blog have taken me way too long. But it is quite the improvement. I think that I was bored with my page and so it needed to be revamped.
Well, I know it's been like 5 months since I have posted anything, but I have been busy. We have had quite a lot going on, and it's not over yet. I don't know if I'll be able to settle down until sometime this Fall. But I'm going to try to get some new posts on here. Just give me a couple more days. I think that I'm all computered out right now.

Christmas, a birthday & a whole lot more...
So it's been at least a month if not two since I last posted. I have such good intentions of being better at this, but it amazes me daily how three little kids can take up so much of my time. It seems that I don't even get to enjoy nap time anymore because I'm always catching up on what I didn't get done in the morning. O'well. Here is a very long marathon of pictures of where I left off with the last post. Enjoy!!
Things we like to do...
Happy Birthday Kaylee Bug!!!
The birthday girl!!!
She was so good to let Makenzie help her open gifts. It was so sweet to watch them.

Kaylee and her loot.
Kaylee got a lot of fun things for her birthday. Her grandparents sure do love her.
Cheese!!! I'm 3 years old today.
Please swallow before you blow the candel out. :)

The princess and the train. I haven't heard of that story.

Kaylee got this train from her G&G Dastrup for her birthday. Papa Ken has a real train that he puts up every year for Christmas and we got to see it in July when we went to Utah for a visit. Kaylee has had a lot of fun with it.
Christmas Eve. Our first Christmas together as a family in our own home.
This is the castle Justis built for the girls to see on Christmas morning. What an architect.

There was so much to see on Christmas morning. They didn't know where to begin.

My kids aren't all that camera savvy. I try to get them to smile, but they just won't budge a bit.

Makenzie would not let go of the doll car seat. That was the first thing she grabbed that morning.

The girls weren't quite sure what to do with their stockings. We had to walk them through it.

Life as we know it now...
So here we are. One more member to the family. I can hardly believe that he is already 6 weeks old. It goes by so fast. My life right now makes me think of the song "Your Gonna Miss This" by Trace Atkins. It seems like Justis and I just got married and now here we are 3 kids later. It's been a fast journey that we are on and with each kid it gets faster. They keep us so busy though. The girls have so much energy and I wish they could pass some on to me. It would help me to keep up with them. Kaylee just had her 3rd birthday and she was a pretty lucky little girl. Her grandparents on both sides spoiled her good this year. We'll have to get pictures of the b-day loot up. Makenzie has of course grown up so much since Baergen came into the family. It's amazing how that happens. She is learning to talk and is doing pretty well. She has also developed the talent of ignoring which frustrates her mother to no end. But we work through things each day and are always grateful to be together each night. We are excited to have our very first Christmas with just our family. We have our first real tree too. The girls, well mostly Kaylee, were very excited to help decorate, and Makenzie has successfully broken at least 3 bulbs. That aside, we are enjoying our rainy Christmas. So I hope all of you with snow will enjoy it for me.

He's Here...
So our little guy is finally here. He was 4 days late which seemed like an eternity to me since my kids have all come early. But everything went great and he is doing so good. He sleeps all the time and on one hand I love it, but on the other I'm dying (all of you nursing mothers know what I mean.) But it's so good to have him here. Kaylee loves him and is just at that age when babies are so cute. And Makenzie is a little unsure of him I think, but I'm sure she'll warm up in the next couple of weeks. I'm sorry I haven't downloaded my pictures yet, but I will do it really soon. Just trying to get things back to normal in life. You know how it goes.
